We employs professional, experienced and customer services oriented  staff  that pays  attention to details  trained in all aspects audio visual equipments such as projection, video, audio, computers and lighting  available for your meeting.  If you have extensive or specialized audio visual requests, a professional technician is recommended.  With some equipment, a technician is required for successful operation. If you would like the services of a professional technician to be assigned and dedicated to work with you, we will be glad to make these arrangements in advance of your meeting.

Depending on the nature, extent, or quantity of your requirements, an additional charge will be applied for the set-up and pre-testing of equipment, including the safety tape-down of cables, additional power cords, and the pack up and removal of equipment at the conclusion of your event.  Some equipment requires a minimum charge for a technician at the prevailing hourly rate for installation and removal.  Please call for the current labor rates.
